In California, if your address is anywhere between San Francisco and San Diego, you will receive your order the following business day. This high level of delivery service provides you with 24 hour turn around on your orders.

H.J. Harkins Company, Inc. is registered and licensed with the following governmental agencies:

United States Department of Justice Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)

Requirements include surprise inspections for auditing, personnel qualification and security standards.

Department of Health and Human Services Food and Drug Administration (FDA)

Requirements include random inspectionstypically before the yearly license renewal to insure compliance with all federal laws and good manufacturing practices.

State of California Department of Health Services Food and Drug Branch

Requirements include compliance with California FDA laws and authority to inspect the premises to insure compliance with all state laws and audit all record keeping at any time.

State of California Board of Pharmacy

Licensing of personnel who are authorized to handle manufacturing, packaging and quality control. Minimum requirements before licensing include five years of pharmaceutical experience and two years of manufacturing/packaging experience. It also includes the authority of the Board of Pharmacy to inspect the premises at any time to insure compliance with California Pharmacy Law.
